Our audience of 100 people were inspired by our panel, where Russell Parsons (Editor of Marketing Week), Vanessa Johnson-Burgess (co-founder of Availexe) and Benedict Dellot (Associate Director, Economy, Enterprise and Manufacturing) discussed the key factors underpinning a culture that embraces flexible working.
Attendees then broke into 4 discussion groups with Dee Gosney from HSBC tackling issues of trust, Tash Walker from The Mix, talking about building flexibility into culture with their 4 day week model, the author Ian MacRae sharing the bottom line benefits of flexible working and Annika Iantosca from Digital Mums sharing their campaign 'clean up the F Word'.
